Thousands of delegates have gathered at the Kigali Convention Centre (KCC) for the 20th edition of Umushyikirano, the National Dialogue Council, which officially opened today in Kigali and runs until tomorrow, February 6.

The two-day forum, chaired by President Paul Kagame, brings together citizens, leaders, and members of the Rwandan diaspora to discuss key national issues aimed at accelerating Rwanda’s development.
Rwandans across the country and abroad are also participating in the dialogue through various platforms, including television, radio, social media, and online streaming channels.
Umushyikirano remains a key national platform for citizen engagement, promoting dialogue between leaders and the public on the country’s priorities.
