The Ministry of Local Government has released a list of essential services to continue during COVID-19 preventive measures in Kigali (lockdown) and across the country.

The announcement follows a 15-day lockdown issued by a cabinet meeting on Monday 18, which aims at lessening the spread of COVID-19 in Kigali City.
