Rwanda’s minister for Sports Aurore Mimosa Munyangaju has today January 15th 2021, received delegates of the Federation Internationale de Football association (FIFA) amid hosting a Regional Development Office in Kigali.
The international governing body of football, FIFA is set to move its Regional Office to Kigali, as it was approved by the Cabinet Meeting held on January 4, 2021.
The ministry of sports, via its Twitter account confirmed the event and described it as talks over the plan for the signing and the visit to the office location.
Rwanda will become the third country in Africa, after Senegal and South Africa to have a FIFA regional development office.
