Rwanda and Kenya signed MoU of strength in the judicial system

This Wednesday the 12th June 2024; the Honorable Chief Justice of Rwanda, Dr. Faustin NTEZILYAYO, and the Hon. Chief Justice of Kenya Martha K. Koome, signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed to engage the two Nations in a rich and mutual exchange of knowledge and experiences, to reinforce the efficacy and integrity of the respective judicial systems.

The purpose of this MoU also is to strengthen the judicial systems lies in ability to learn from each other, to innovate and to continuously strive towards excellence. 

With this MoU the two Supreme Courts should help each other in Jurisdiction and Role of the Supreme Courts

With this MoU the two Supreme Courts should help each other in Jurisdiction and Role of the Supreme Courts, Court Performance Measurement and Management, Recourse to Alternative Justice Systems, Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in court proceedings, Case Management Strategies and Court Administration.
