On this Tuesday 4th June 2024 The Hon. Chief Justice, Dr. Faustin NTEZILYAYO, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of Mr. Francis Kaboneka and Mr. Thaddée Tuyizere, who were recently appointed by the Cabinet on May 22, 2024, as Commissioners under the National Commission for Human Rights.

In his remarks, the Honorable Chief Justice reminded the newly appointed Commissioners that their support for the commission, with responsibilities to promote and protect human rights, is essential. He emphasized that this is crucial as Rwanda is committed to building a nation based on the rule of law.
