APR FC have officially signed forward Jacques Tuyisenge on a two-year deal after the Amavubi star player left Petro Atlético de Luanda following a one-year spell with the Angolan side.
The agreement was confirmed by both sides on Friday September 18, 2020 during a press conference organized by the Army side.
The former Police FC skipper and current vice-captain of Rwanda national team had been linked with several clubs including Tanzanian champions Simba SC and Kenyan giants Gor Mahia.
The transfer fee for the prolific goal scorer is believed to be in the region of Rwf40m.
Tuyisenge, 28, previously played for different clubs namely Etincelles FC, Kiyovu Sports, Police FC, Gor Mahia FC and most recently Petro Atlético de Luanda.
APR FC will play in CAF Champions league this season, after being crowned 2019-20 titleholders in the Rwanda Premier League, with aim to reach the group stage.
